Asked for an accessory for an item; they told me which product to buy. Bought product, didn't fit at all, completely wrong recommendation. Was expensive so contacted support. Got fobbed off about contacting another team for a while then ghosted. Company did ship items, but it might not be the item you want and they won't remediate. There are plenty of other options - avoid this store.

Store front is good, my emails were replied to with 24 hours of me sending them so no complaints there. I was "upgraded" to two days "shipping" which i assumed ment it would be at my door in 2-3 days depending on what time their shipper picks it up. No that two day shipping is how long it takes for them to get it to the actual shipper so instead of 2-3 days its going to be 6 days.

This company does not have any customer service, their products are made and sent directly from China and are often of poor quality. I would strongly suggest shopping else where

Sells cheap imitations that are on perpetual sales. I bought a plastic and a resin cage from here. A piece of the plastic cage's ring snapped off while I was taking it off one day. The resin cage warps easily. Can be fixed for short term by running it under hot water and pushing everything into place. However, if you are new to chastity play and are looking for a cheap cage to test out sizes this is a decent place to go. Discrete packaging and showed up as "HYDRA CARY NC" on my bank statement.
