LOCKTHECOCKReviews of lockthecock.com

I was a little unsure about this site but tried it out anyway. Ordered from the co.uk site and there's a great selection. Got an email a week after my order was confirmed saying that one of the items was no longer available and I could either wait or choose something else. I choose a different product and was asked about colour. After I replied I heard nothing for a few days just to then be told that that product was no longer available either (both items were still listed as available on the site but was told that it was due to the system not having been updated to show them out of stock). Then choose the red and black Total Denial in Resin cage. Took a bit of getting used to trying to put together but eventually did it. Went to sleep and woke up to find the cage came apart. Didn't try it again for some time but tried it again today and again it came apart. Bought the Locked Sissy Kit and it pinches a little but stays together and flattens your package greatly

Be cautious with buying from this seller. I ordered from LTC on October 4th and my package was delivered on October 7th, but it had the correct item. Not a huge deal, things happen. I sent an email to the seller and waited 24 hours, no reply. I contacted the seller via Twitter and still have not received a reply. My messages were respectful and I offered to return the item I received in exchange for the correct one. Since they have ignored me and refused to correct their mistake, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to resolve the issue. ***UPDATE*** 12:50am(CST) After I filed a BBB complaint, LTC has now emailed me and they are helping me with a solution to the problem. The email they sent was polite -which I appreciate- but I shouldn't have had to get a third party involved. I'll have to wait and see how long it takes them to resolve the issue and I will update this review in the future. I have changed the rating from 1 star to 3.

Good quality products, not that cheap (apples to apples Aliexpress has cheaper ones) shipping from china . Their customer service is non responsive. I asked them a question twice but got no answer.

Items arrived on time. Size was a bit on the small side

As far as the product awesome no complaints. But I got charge twice and they said they did not received a second payment.

My cage came with a urethral catheter but no instructions on how to use it. I don't know what to do and customer service, though well intentioned, is not particularly helpful.

I had a pretty poor experience with these guys. The parcel came late and the cage I measured myself for was too small.

I ordered two items from Switzerland. Both took a month to arrive (one from the US, the other from China). The one which arrived from Nampa ID took three weeks to be handed over to the carrier, the other one week. Email responses were sent from the Chinese time zone. Quality of the items was average to good. Is this a scam company? No. Is this a legitimate company? Yes. Is this a legitimate US company? Probably not.
