Lobster claws were broken off :(

The was a wonderful experience. My order was taken very efficiently and kindly, my friend was thrilled with all the food. She’s freezing some of it. My only suggestion is …. You have to lower your minimum for single people. It’s a lot of food to get to the $100.00 minimum. All your other orders for 4,6 or 8 people is easy, but not when you’re buying for a widow even a 2 lb lobster still needed lots of other food to get to $100.00 . I think $60-$75 would be good for a smaller order. Thankz

Order wasn't processed correctly. I ordered at 11am paid extra for next day delivery l got a text back at 2:30pm saying it didn't go through and the order processed after 2pm was not available for next day delivery. It was never delivered it was a birthday gift and anticlimactic at that point so I canceled it.

Prompt delivery. Great quality. My family members were very happy with their birthday gifts

A COUPLE MONTHS AGO I ORDERED 3 LOBSTERS TAILS FROM LOBSTER TRAP ( I BELIEVE THEY WERE 20 OZ ) AND YES THEY WERE HUGE ! ALL 3 OF THEM ! ABOUT A MONTH AGO I ORDERED 2 ( SAME WEIGHT ) WELL 1 OF THEM WAS ALMOST THE SAME AS THE 1ST TIME ( A NOTCH SMALLER ) BUT THE OTHER ONE WAS NOWHERE NEAR ...IM GOING TO GIVE THESE GUYS 1 MORE CHANCE TO IMPRESS ME FOR MY BIRTHDAY NEXT MONTH AND KEEP YOU POSTED ! ( AND PLEASE EXCUSE MY "CAPS" MY CELL'S KEYBOARD ITS SCREWED ) ...
