I turned in my order about 45 minutes late. I received a confirmation that my order was received. Then, nothing. I was waiting for delivery and circled back to look for tracking. Nothing. My fault for ordering late, but please just tell me I'm late and you can't fill the order for overnight delivery. Love your products!

The lobsters arrived alive in a timely manner, and were delicious. Spoke with Nicole who walked me through the process, and answered all questions. Will continue to do business with this company.

Except for the price a wonderful experience. Nice that it was a per Lobster price, but shipping ate up the bill.

Living in Georgia as a northeast transplant I have been “Jonesing” for a great lobster boil. Locally acquired New England seafood is just not the same. The lobsters and clams from “the Lobster Trap” were outstanding. Not only were they still alive and fresh, they were “just out of the North Atlantic” alive and fresh. So sweet and tender. Worth the extra effort and shipping cost for sure.

Great service. They have figured out packaging and shipping. Much higher quality then I can get locally at a supermarket tank at the same price per pound not including shipping cost. There's a minimum price. The two lobsters we ordered didn't hit the minimum so we added tuna to hit the minimum. I won't do that again, tuna was fine but lobster is really outstanding. The shipping cost is high but understandable. I will order more and just lobster next time so the overall price per pound is less.

Difficult communication. Had no idea if the lobster had been delivered to recipient and they had no idea who it was from because the requested note was not included with the delivery.
