The lobsters were good sized, hard shell and full of sweet meat. Only issue had to do with a shipping delay of one day, but my husband was surprised and delighted for his father's day dinner. Jennifer was very helpful and communicated well about the shipping situation. We used to live in Maine, now in GA so we can't get live Maine lobster here. Would recommend!

Received dead lobsters, but after writing a review, I got an email from the company. Within 2 hours of posting my review Lobsters online sent me an email and wanted to make things right. I told them all I wanted was my original order fulfilled. They asked me when I wanted them shipped and promptly made it happen. Kudos to a company that will stand behind their product. I realize things happen and they made good. I received my new batch of lobsters alive and they tasted great. Thanks for being a stand up company. I will get lobsters from them again.

This is the third time I have ordered from you guys. Each time the delivery was prompt with no packaging issues. The lobsters have always been live, fresh and delicious! I don’t blame people for being skeptical but no issues whatsoever here!!

Ordered lobsters for a Father’s Day celebration. On the morning of my scheduled delivery, Friday, I got an email from UPS that my delivery had been rescheduled. This was followed by an email from Lobsters Online apologizing that they had experienced shipping problems. Since Saturday delivery was unavailable for my address, I was forced to scramble to find lobsters on very short notice for my husband and guests. Everyone I spoke to from the company was polite and very apologetic but sadly, they did not deliver when I counted on them. I used a gift certificate from my son and his wife. Jennifer Martin was outstanding in customer service and refunded the gift certificate since I had to pay out of pocket for the lobsters I purchased locally. While disappointed that my order was not delivered, these things happen. The shipper, UPS, could have been at fault. I give highest credit to the team at Lobsters Online for their courteous and sympathetic attitude and would give them another chance.

I love lobsters Online because they offer fair prices and ordering is so easy. Also, I ordered from them last December and there was a shipping delay and they made it right. A great company.

I currently live in Connecticut- I ordered two lobsters for my brother back home in Ohio. They arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect shape. He said they were delicious!
