Fees are on the higher side. I hate the prepayment penalty, but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time.

The loan rep was very helpful, and friendly, rate was ok, a lot of other fees made it a pretty expensive loan,high prepayment fee was the biggest downside.

This was my transaction, but as a licensed real estate agent, I have done over 100 transactions and this was one of the worst lender experiences I have encountered. The communication was horrible at best, the requirements and terms changed throughout the process, the fees are significantly higher and the process took almost 2 months to close. The people I was communicating with were not professional. I do not recommend using them and will not be using them again.

The DSCR loan sought was delivered. One issue was a few periods of no communication and status from the team. Loan officer was very knowledgeable. I liked how they gave me the different options.
