The loan rep was very helpful, and friendly, rate was ok, a lot of other fees made it a pretty expensive loan,high prepayment fee was the biggest downside.

The DSCR loan sought was delivered. One issue was a few periods of no communication and status from the team. Loan officer was very knowledgeable. I liked how they gave me the different options.

My loan officer Shervin was great! If I could base the review only on him, it would be 5 stars. The rates that were advertised were "not available", and there was a 2+ week delay in the original closing date for multiple reasons, but none on my end. Overall, 4 stars, and yes, I will probably give them another chance!

Hi it went ok. I didn’t used the portal because it was for a convention mortgage but I went with DSCR loan. So all documents went thru emails.

Vaughn and Kelsey were great working with me even when we were out of town, finding workarounds and keeping us updated.

I worked with Morci on my home purchase. We experienced some unexpected roadblocks but Morci pushed through them all. I will continue to work with Morci in the future.

Addison did a great job in getting my loan funded. I would do it again !
