LMC TruckReviews of lmctruck.com

Shout out to LMC Truck for shipping me the wrong part (hood hinge) offering me a 25 dollar gift card because I'm having to run the truck hoodless and for the inconvenience. Then when I have to go a different route because it's back ordered 5 weeks they decide to cancel the gift card because they're paying the whole 2 dollars for shipping I'm taking my business to summit racing from here on out! Literally the only reason to use their website is the part diagram

If you want your parts delived in your lifetime, pay the extra for quicker shipping, no matter what it costs. if you let them send it Smart Post. your grandkids will never see them. Customer service, Two word. Unbelievably Stupid.

If I could give minus 5 stars i would! They cancelled my order 3 times without notice. Over two months of wasted time for simple chevy parts. I called several times after not receiving my parts when promised. They keep saying they need to confirm my address over and over again. Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.

Ordered a set of wheels for an 85 K10 from LMC Truck several days ago still haven't received any shipping information. Called this morning to check on the order and was told that it will take a week to process the order before it ships. If I would have know that, I would have ordered them locally and had them the next day. Customer service is really poor. I suggest that people take their buisness some where else. Never doing buisness with LMC ever again.

If you need the part in 6 weeks.. Use them. If you want to pay more..for same parts...use them. If you like having to buy a nut for a 150 dollar pice of plastic .. Use em. Im done w them. Spent 2k on parts in 1 months and the service..turn times.. And pricing sucks. Others process my orders now in 1 day vs LMC 4 days.

I’ve ordered about $2,000 worth of truck parts from them, so far. It does take them a little while to process your order, but I’ve never had any problems with LMC truck. They’ve never messed any of my orders up. Great place to buy parts, will continue to order from them.

The customer service at LMC is garbage at best, it takes way too long to get your order shipped to you after I receive the stuff I have ordered from LMC it will be the last time they will get any business from me

UPDATE - Did hear back from LMC about my ongoing order-related issue after my original review here was posted, and they apologized and offered a full refund on the 2nd mis-handled order that should have been canceled/refunded and not have shipped. LMC provided a full refund without having to ship the parts back. I do appreciate the response, and upped my review to 3 stars from 1 star. I have been an LMC customer for several years and hope they are able to tighten up their order/shipping process to be consistent!
