Two things stood out. First the amount of inventory was great because frankly we are picky consumers. Having plenty of options enabled us to feel good about our purchase. Next was the no pressure environment. Even though there are sales reps, they don’t follow you like buzzards. They also really tried to ensure we got what we wanted versus trying to upsell us into buying the most expensive thing.
