Empowerment brand? Blocked me for asking where my money went
So I tried to buy one crop top. A $62 crop top (so rediculously overpriced but CUTE). The order kept getting canceled immediately, so I figured it was a glitch and kept trying. Over and over. I genuinely thought there was an error and wanted the shirt. Then I got charged. Not once. Multiple times. Eventually the money was refunded, but no one told me anything. So I asked on Facebook. Blocked. Went to Instagram. Blocked again. Emailed them. No response at all. This wasn’t even my first time ordering. The first time I bought from them, I followed the care instructions exactly. The instructions on the site and the clothing label don’t even match. After one wash, the clothes pilled terribly. Returning them was a headache and a half, but I still gave them another chance. Big mistake. I’m a returning customer. A woman. A survivor. And apparently asking where my money went is enough to get me blocked on every platform. They talk nonstop about empowerment and supporting women, but the second you ask a question, they shut you down. What a joke. Do better.
