I found this air purifier super simple, yet highly effective product! The customer service is like “the old days” when people actually answer the phone and care. I loved my first little bedroom purifier so well, that I ordered one for the house shortly thereafter. Quiet. Effective. Great quality and super easy to replace filter. Filters come every three months. I don’t even have to think about it. They come within a few days apart (because I ordered them separately - which was dumb because they probably come as a package deal). Who cares? Not me. Great product. I also want to add that I’m very surprised every morning when I actually see the one in my bedroom catches that little spritz of hairspray I use and kicks in to get it out of the air. Amazing. Really. Thank you!!!

I was grilling chicken on my indoor grill because it was too hot outside to use the outdoor grill. The purifier in the living room picked up a lot of the smoke that the overhead fan didn't pick up. The one in the bedroom picked up hair spray that I had used in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this product.
