Outstanding customer service
I contacted Grund America customer service regarding a problem I had with one of the towels I purchased in a set of towels from Grund. Their customer service response was outstanding. A replacement towels was shipped out that very same day. I will definitely continue to purchase from this company. I love what they stand for as well, products made with out any harmful chemicals.

Awesome products!
I am thrilled with all of items that I purchased - two sets of towels, a sheet set and and blanket throw. All items are of high quality and luxuriously soft. I was happy with the customer service before I even ordered the products; I had reached out to Grund's customer service multiple times to ask questions about the products and received quick responses every time. I am very pleased with ever aspect of my experience and intend to purchase more items in the future. Thank you, Grund America, for supporting the health of our planet and its people.

Like being wrapped in a cloud!
Fantastic blanket! Perfect weight and material. Not too hot but keeps me cozy and comfortable. The organic material really sets it apart from my other blankets!
