I had ordered 2 bath and 2 face towels together. All of the towels perform well however, the color on the face towels has completely faded after only a few washes. I washed the face towels and bath towels at the same time and as directed in cold water and biodegradable detergent. They don't match my bath towels at all. Not quite sure why the face towels look like I have had them for a loooong time!

Update 10/20/2019 After seeing this review, the company replaced my rugs. Bring my rating up to 3 stars, since they did take care of the problem, but had issues where they weren't aware of all my attempts to contact them. Rugs are beautiful and so soft. -------------------------------------------------------------- I ordered the Puro rug (two of them, one long and one smaller). The long one fell apart in the first wash, even though I washed it exactly as the instructions state. I contacted customer service via email, and attached photos of the rugs (that have two huge holes in them now). I did not receive a response for 8 days, which said they would get back with me later that day. It's now been almost 3 weeks since the original email and still no word. Starting to wonder if this is a legit company? Certainly, the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. :(

Even though the bath rug I purchased is soft and absorbs well some of the threads loosened up after a month. I had to turn it over before retiring it shortly after and thought that I'll never spend this much money on a bath rug again.
