Placed my order on 12/13 and received FedEx shipping information on 12/16. Contacted them on 12/20 as my order had still not been tendered to FedEx and got a quick reply on 12/21 that they were checking with the warehouse. Did not receive a follow up to that and eventually contacted FedEx on Christmas Eve. They had still not been given the package. Package was finally tendered to FedEx after Christmas on 12/26 and received on 12/28. It was disappointing to have ordered it so early and still have to show up empty handed at Christmas. I was also disappointed that I didn't get a follow up after 12/21, never got an explanation nor any apology for the delay.
