Not a great experience Mistakes with the billing email, the lease email initially didn't go through to my email and then they time pressured me to sign for delivery and when I wanted to change it 2 business days before of course referred back to their really high delivery change fees - though I had just signed the lease literally 10h before so they couldnt even have done the delivery planning based on my order yet (assuming they dont work over night). I also wrote a review for the homepage which then however didn't show up - it seems they only show the 5 star, not the 2 star ones there....

My experience with Feather was nothing short of revolutionary! Moving in NYC can be one of the worst experiences ever and Feather went above and BEYOND to alleviate many of these stressors. The team is intuitive in scheduling and operations, while passionate about making sure every need was met. My apartment is a fifth floor walk-up and while this would be an issue for almost anyone else, Feather was able to deliver with ease. Their furniture options are aesthetically pleasing and have lifted the design of my space to a level that would not be possible without them. This subscription has truly changed my life for the better and I am incredibly grateful for all of their hard work. Would definitely recommend!

The title says it all. Even for a startup, this company has terrible operations. They have been a major source of frustration. I wrote the same review on their website and they deleted it. I wonder how many other poor reviews they deleted.

Great company. Quick, professional delivery and setup. Excellent customer service and high quality furniture. Feathers made would could of been a very taxing moving experience, enjoyable. When it comes time to decorate my art studio. I now know exactly who to call.

The quality, price and customer service of this company is exceptional. There are no other solutions out there that have as minimal friction for renting furniture. Definitely going to use moving forward.

The furniture that arrived for my studio apartment was clean (possibly all brand new) and just as advertised on their website. A speedy solution to my needs. The sofa bed seemed impossible to open and close, but they stuck with me and came back to demonstrate how to flip it successfully. Feather's customer service team is communicative and responsive. Overall, a very easy, cost effective, quick solution to creating a stylish home/office.

We needed to furnish our apartment quickly and for a relatively short period of time (less than 9 months) in New York. Feather was a godsend. They were willing to work with our schedule, allowed us to add and remove some furniture to make sure we were very comfortable with our choice. The furniture arrived on time; there were nice touches like mattress protector case, and the decoration pieces were high quality and made the house feel cozy. The Feather team was a pleasure to work with. We have since moved on to living in Houston, and we wish Feather offered their services here. The ease of clicking on a few images and having your furniture in your living room a few days later is priceless. We would definitely recommend Feather to anyone who is too busy to buy or rent furniture, and gets that off their list.

I only have amazing things to say about this company. Feather blew me away with the amazing prices and quality of service from hello. Jeff walked me through the process with ease and made sure the I got what I wanted and needed. The bed I got was the Clinton king and a Tuff & Needle mattress. It was professionally set delivered and set up in about 20 min. I have never slept so well. We also ordered the Jewel Ottoman that has flip storage for the end of the bed... my Fiancé loves this for her shoes. Lastly we ordered the Myers coffee table.. such quality and craftsmanship in this table. Solid wood..Real wood..not that fake sawdust laminated stuff you find at Ik*a.. I think I may have opened a can of worms though...my love is now addicted to the website looking to add more to our place...that we normally wouldn't because in reality who wants to spend all that money up front to furnish a new place...after 1st last and brokerage fees...its really not the easiest thing for most of us to go spend another $3,000. on furniture. It was obvious when we found Feather what the best choice was without findging twice. Keep your money in your pocket and get what you want now...after our order was processed Feather sent us a $100. Promo that we can share with our friends and family. I think the promotion code that they sent us.. if I read it correctly gives anyone we refer a $100 off and also us on our bill. Our decision was simple. The only question left is... Do you have Feather?... Great customer service from beginning to end.
