Thanks Walter. We pride ourselves in having a robust and seasoned customer support team. Please let us know what we could do to make this four star review a five star one. Thanks again!

Entire experience was great. Step by step instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Support was readily available anytime and answered questions within a day. The app looks great, identical to the Live365 app. Only thing i wish was more customizable content on the app for the amount of money we’re paying. With the broadcast subscription and the app subscription, we should be able to get more options to actually make the app ours.

Thank you Andy! We appreciate you taking the time to post a thoughtful and in depth review. If you could let our support team know any specifics as to feature requests for the mobile apps, we can do our best to get those into the queue. Thanks again!

Besides the overall simplicity they have made it for a non-technical person to setup a station, their support department was very helpful with any questions I had and actually went in to the backend to fix my issue. Very appreciated.

i have have live 365 for almost 5 years, i have never been turned away because of submitting my ad revenue, why now ?
Response from Live365Jul 15, 2024
Hi Arthur. I am not seeing a ticket for this, but if you are having trouble submitting for ad revenue please write in to support and let us know. I don't see any issue with the account. Thank you!

The Live365 team has assisted me every time I had a concern, issue or question in a timely and very professional way. The last major issue I had was my station was down...it was nothing on their end, just a rookie mistake on my end. They quickly found the problem and boom I was back on air. Keep up the great support folks...makes me sleep better knowing my station is up and running. Clark Fork River Radio, Owner Raf Viniard

Really good experience with their team! I emailed sales department and got a speedy reply from Chuck who helped me get my profile up and started. When I made a mistake, Phillip from customer support was amazing at helping me get what I needed, and then some! Thanks from your friends at the Rare Files Club!
