Yeah the prices are great BUT the shipping takes FOREVER and a day plus the Customer Service is also dry and trash. I've talked to "Bry" twice and it's been less than helpful. I might try out the other site that's been mentioned in another review. Sad because I've spent $$$ with LIT. Edited to add that the conflicting information that I pointed out to good ole "Bry" about shipping was CONVENIENTLY removed from the website shortly after I pointed it out. Have already moved on to a new company. Bad attitudes will get you nowhere.

Put in large order as prices were quite good and even got merch to advertise. Several days later, after being charged and no activity, my order was promptly refunded and zero reason given. No responses to inquiry. Prices were then dropped and I certainly can't trust any attempt at purchase given last experience. It's nice that others can apparently get help for their ailments, but LIT has decided to ignore me as I have yet to get any response from them. Proceed with caution. UPDATE: More than a year later, contacted via THIS review (not directly thru order). Ridiculous. Something was certainly lost in translation...

You better order TWO WEEKS in advance before you run out, because their shipping is Jacked!!! I’ve been waiting “8 Days” ….whenever it happens to arrive I’m done ✔️ *Going back to “25 Hours Farm”…..they don’t have as much variety, but they ship out the Same Day!!!! (Every time I order through “LIT” I’m spending ADDITIONAL Money 💵) because the wait is too long.

The flower is good. The customer service is terrible. I have ordered twice. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke, the second time, they didn’t even tell me one of the ounces I paid for was unavailable, and they didn’t refund my money until I complained about how long it was taking for the order to ship. Very poor customer service. They do not honor the guarantee they make that you will get it within a week.

Shipping was stalled at a post office for a few days (not Lits fault) The ztarbutst and tiger candy, pave did the job. It's not pretty perfect $200 oz stuff for $30-50. Mine was not moldy like some of the post seen here. It's ( to me ) more of a bulk drying with "heavily" dried but sticky huge buds. I received 4 oz at 39.99 price an ounce . What's to complain about ! Also all weights were. 28.1 to 28.2 G
