We can reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. I don't think these hearing aids are for me! They do not block out the background noise and are uncomfortable

I have not been very happy with my hearing aids. Never wear them as I always have a noise that sounds like wind blowing in my ears. I’ve changed out everything that I was told to do, still no good.

With the age of the hearing aids, it's probably a tip issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. You can order more online at https://www.listenclear.com/product-category/tips/ or through Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern.

Took hearing aids to local store for adjustments. They confirmed that the hearing aids are good quality. Both hearing aids have severe static and are of no use to me. I am still paying for them. I wonder why. Batteries for life is 4 batteries per month. The batteries seem to last about 3 days before going dead. So the batteries for life last about 1/2 month, well, i guess that's what I should expect.
