ListenClear are great hearing aids. They have made a big difference in my quality of life. My family especially loves them as well, they no longer have to repeat things or suffer through loud tv settings. Your customer service is also very good, however, having lost one of mine someone should have mentioned that there was an attachment that would keep the appliance in my ear. Other than that, I am totally happy with my purchase and will recommend them to friends and family

I thought it was a good idea to purchase these for my husband. He has never used them. Still sitting in the box. Is there anyway you can take them back. I could really use the money. Thank you

The only problem that I have is that I have to return the two hearing aids so that they can be adjusted. I talked with someone about this and was instructed to mail them back. I broke my foot on Christmas Day and have been unable to get iut to return them. I have been paying my monthly payment and have not been able to use them. I still have at least a month before I can get to either the post office or UPS. PLEASE make a note in your records and advise me if ther is another way to return them. Thank you. J Berry

The listen clear hearing aids work fine except the volume isn't balanced using the remote. I've had them adjusted once.

Have always had good service with LISTENCLEAR. If a problem they addressed it promptly.

Your customer service is not very informative. Do not seem to know your policies. And are rude.

I can not hear any better with them or with out them! Not worth what I paid for them! Can't order replacement tips! Poor service and the list goes on!!!!
