I did not like only being able to control the aids with a remote. We're not string enough for my hearing problem. I returned them.

Hearing aids are fine, but no noise block. Also, free batteries for life is untrue! They charge s&h on each shipment. I got my batteries from Amazon!

We're sorry you had a negative experience with our company. We offer everyone a 45-day trial to test the hearing aids and returns are allowed within that period. Whenever a customer calls in, our representatives are trained to help with common issues that might have arisen. If a customer wants to return, however, that is always permitted within the trial.
