The hearing aids are not high performance i have a lot better in the past you wanted the truth you got it

We're sorry you're having an issue with the hearing aids. We can reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. If you'd like us to do this, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help.

Listen Clear has been very responsive…
Listen Clear has been very responsive to the questions I have had. They also have assisted in trouble shooting so I did not have to send in my hearing aids to fix a minor problem, as well as adjusting my aids to the latest hearing test evaluation. The turn around time for sending them in and getting them back was approximately 1 week.
