I have had my hearing aids for over a year now and they work very well for me. I am hopeful that I will not need them much longer...I've gone without them s few times and it's okay at home, for tv and phone calls. BUT I do need them when I go out where there is background noise or more than one person speaking at a time (also in the car due to the road noise).

Since I received the hearing aides, I have been very dissatisfied. They have caused me several ear infections even though I have followed cleaning instructions. When I called about this problem, in essence I was told “too bad”. I would not recommend your outfit to anyone I know
