I am quite satisfied with my Listen Clear hearing aids. My first ones were another brand and way too expensive and only lasted 4 years. I didn't want the kind people could see behind my ears but they have worked out well and I am able to adjust them for different situations. As a widow on a fixed income, I am very happy to be able to buy them on a payment plan. I also wear glasses and that has not been a problem either.

I think the caps are too big. I have problems keeping them in my ears. I am afraid to really push them in too far. I had to have a cap removed from my ear with my old hearing aids. .

Mr. Kalin- Our Batteries For Life program is optional. When you sign up, a month's supply of batteries is delivered for a $6.95 shipping and handling fee per month. You can also find the batteries at most stores. It's mostly a convenience program for our clients that can't visit the store very often. They help me in most situations but I can't seem to adjust them enough to hear clearly. The background noise is always an issue. They are too pricey but I would probably order them again. The smallest ear tips work best for me. I do I go about getting new tips?

I am extremely unhappy with my purchase. The units do not seem to be working properly. I bought these for my wife and they do not help at all to improve her hearing. If I could return and stop payments I would. I guess I will honor my contract, but I will not purchase again.

Mr. Sikes- With the age of your wife's hearing aids, I suspect it is a tip issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before.
