I am not happy at ALL with Listen Clear . The seller Lied to me from the very beginning . He said that he would extend my time untill I recieved my glass,because they hurt in back of my Ears, then he said I could get them for Half price ,The batters are free ,but the postage is $7.95. That's more than you pay at Walmart , I had ins. on them . when I needed help I had to may in Full for a NEW side. They were Just a PAIN the Whole way . I should have Sent them back LIKE I told the guy in the First Place.

Listen Clear, thanks for giving me my ears back!!! I've been very happy with the customer service reps that helped me when one of my hearing aids broke. They took care of my with absolutely no questions or problems. Thumbs up guys, and ladies!! Kevin Walsh.

I agreed to try ListenClear after being pressured by sales force. When they came they didn’t fit or feel good. I told the company about them and that i didn’t want them so they offered them to me for $750 and I said i didn’t want them so they finally gave me a return address to ship them back. I was in the process of moving at the time and didn’t realize I had a time limit to get them back and apparently missed my limit therefore they refused to take them back and refused the $750 offer they had given me earlier. I recommend if they call you to hang up immediately!!!! Poor quality and poor customer service
