I didn't want to rate too poorly because I never got to go through the program. They accepted me in and gladly took my insurance, but when it came to meeting with my therapist, she said that I didn't have enough sobriety and wanted me to go through a 30 day inpatient program first. I was very clear to the admit person that I was detoxing at home and using another provider for that. And what happened to meeting a person's needs? I felt an at home detox with LionRock counseling would be a good fit, but I'll never really know. Nobody seeking help should be denied treatment like that. Plus they didn't have a good reason for dismissing me, as they were very unclear with admit saying one thing and the clinician saying another. It was a good experience the counselors are wonderful I just don't like their billing and their pricing Is not bad but the way they bill it takes it too long to figure out what you owe They need to do better with their billing structure their typical medical type billing crap is horrible not structured well at all.That being said It was a good experience and kept me on the straight path.5 star counseling 3 star billing .
