1Lionrock negligence
1. With 2 days remaining group leader did not allow me to give my final presentation. I forced myself into the group to give my lesson. 2. At night I called another patient because I had not slept for 3 days. Other patient reported falsely that I relapsed to drinking. Group leader believed her and reported me to my counselor who was quiet during our next meeting saying very little. 3. Lionrock has not responded to my letter for more info for Medicare in violation of federal law.

We spoke with the reviewer and found that while we did supply a statement of charges/payments at the time it was requested (5 months ago) that it was not the level of detail he needed. Prior to seeing this review it was not known that what he needed was a superbill which we sent out today to resolve this. The other issues reported mostly happened between clients outside of their Lionrock sessions. That said we take all feedback seriously and will look into these issues for areas of improvement.
