I read these reviews in June when I had ordered some yarn from them that was taking extra time to ship. Customer service had emailed me about the delays, but of course, I was panicking. About a week later the right yarn arrived at my doorstep. I ordered again from them in July and the right stuff arrived in a timely manner. What i came here to say is the following: their shipping notifications come from Amazon, so I wonder if they resolved the prioblems they were having before by outsourcing the fufillment part of it. My first order was in late May, so I don't know if it's a change or not, but my ordering experience has been positive. The yarn of course (cottino and truboo) are both lovely and wonderful to work with.

I appreciate that I can always rely on Lion Brand to provide quick processing on orders. Now more than ever, I appreciate the Lion Brand website. I used to buy most of my Lion Brand yarn from my local Joann store. I’m just thankful that I can still get my favorite LB yarn. Woolease has been a favorite yarn of mine for years and I was excited to try the DK Woolease.

Ordered $60+ worth of yarn and was sent the wrong yarn filed a claim online says it shouldn’t be long to process it’s been almost 8 days with no movement yet for my missing yarn …. No way to view an update or to contact anyone regarding my claim. I have commission projects on hold because of this mistake

Love the Lion Brand, I have used several variety’s, the Truboo is the softest and it works perfectly for baby dresses, which is my kick at this time.

I have been having e mails from Lion Brand for some time. But, it is almost impossible to buy anything other than the yarn or a kit! I tend to buy yarn when I see something I like, and then buy a pattern to use the yarn. I have been doing this for years, and therefore do not need a kit!!!! I have everything else I need. Don't think I will continue with Lion Brand.

I ordered from them over 2 months ago and my yarn still hasn't shipped. I reached out a month ago asking when it would ship, and they basically gave me no information. after 2 months had passed I emailed them asking to cancel and refund my order, and they refused. Do not order from them.
