I've been using Linode sporadically. Mostly I've been using the Linode boxes to test custom things and weekend projects. Now I'm using cloud storage, had some issues setting it up, but now it is up and running. There are far newer things to try out , but I still don't have the time to try them out. Pricing is really addecuate.

It is a very well maintained and supported product which is highly scalable. The documentation is of a high standard and if you need their help, it is immediate and very friendly.

I am a light user of Linode but I’m very happy with the experience I’ve had so far. I get a lot of value out of the mininode host that I have, and whenever I have to use the Linode dashboard it helps me get what I want done.

I initiated the transition on my schedule, and it was so efficient that I was back up and running 100% in about 90 seconds! The only thing I had to do was press a button at the time of my choosing. The notification and instructions were clear and concise, and I ended up with a more powerful VM at the same price!
