Hey Akhil - All new customers are screened for signs of fraudulent activity and it seems like that's what happened here. If you called in and no one answered, you have the option to leave a voicemail which will be returned ASAP. Additionally, if you did not receive a response to your email, its because our initial decision was not overturned.
