I have used 2 of the Lingo biosensors. The first one stayed on for 10 days and provided a great deal of information on foods and medications along with the timing that effected my sugar levels. The 2nd one stayed on 4 days and I was beginning to think I had a new way of keeping up with my blood sugar but at $45 a sensor that doen't even last a week - pass

After having several issues with customer service, my Lingo account disappeared today. I have to log in and create another account. Because of having to do that, the sensor I applied about 4 days ago (they last for 2 weeks) is now junk and I have to open another expensive sensor and apply it. I loose about 8 days of use for that sensor. The app measurements were working a couple of hours ago and now, poof..they are gone. Don’t waste your money.

Such a complicated procedure , then read the terrible reviews Not wasting my time or money on this crap Alarm bells should've gone off when I saw that dreadful Davina McCall endorsing it ... nuff said

Device stopped working after a day.

I’ve received 3 defective units (purchased a total of 20). The issue I have had is the the needle in the applicator device seems to be broken or loose and falls out when you apply the Lingo (thus it doesn’t pierce the skin and allow the reading filament to be insured under the skin). They issued me a replacement for one of them when I contacted them. But the replacement was the 3rd instance of this same defect. It is too much hassle to ask for another replacement. I’m going to try one of the other devices on the market and see if I have better luck.

My lingo fell of at day 9! My husbands fell off on day 8. I emailed customer support and asked to have them replaced, and this was their response "We're so glad you reached out to Lingo customer support! It seems like you're experiencing something a bit unusual, as the biosensor is designed to last for 14 days. If you happen to encounter any issues with your first biosensor, please let us know so we can happily assist you in resolving the situation." Canceling now!!!!!!!!

I put my Lingo on last night and this morning it told me it’s a defective Lingo that I need to get a replacement (brand new device) but when I called the customer service phone number it’s a fake phone number and I can’t get a hold of anybody! I lost $50 of the deal. This is a total scam.

The adhesive weakens and causes the sensor to disconnect way too soon. I had ordered the 12 week plan, after I had ordered the 4 week plan and completed it. The 4 week plan’s first sensor lasted the full 14 days, but the second sensor fell off 3 days early. The first sensor of the 12 week plan only lasted a day after a slight bump on a door frame. I called to attempt to have the rest of the plan refunded, since the sensors are sent once a month, and I still had two months to go. Yet even though I only used one sensor they won’t refund the ones that haven’t even been sent out yet. What is that trash? Do they know their product is garbage so they can stick it to you when their sensors fall off way before their time? Too bad the sensor’s adhesive doesn’t stick as well as they stick it to you. Heaven forbid they approve of different areas to apply the sensor to instead of just the back of your arm. Other CGMs have multiple areas where their sensors can be applied. I will admit they did replace the sensor that fell off on its first day, but it’s probably just going to come off again. Don’t get this product unless you like wasting money.
