Sensors only work a few days
The first sensor came off in 3 1/2 days. The second sensor quit working less than 48 hours after application. Very poor quality.

My sensor keeps saying "signal loss" and to turn off and then turn on Bluetooth. It says if that doesn't work, turn phone off and then on 5 minutes later. These did not work. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Lingo app Nothing but the same old. I emailed customer service with no luck. This is a big waste of money. I was hoping this app would work as well as the Freestyle Libre 3 plus app, made by the same company. No such luck. Lingo sucks.

I have bought 8 Lingo CSM and only 5 worked/stayed on. My latest purchase of 2 from Amazon only one even had the monitor in the sealed box. Trying to get a replacement is impossible with them asking waay too many questions and needing way too much proof. Probably a good option ruined by not standing by faulty ones.

I purchased a months worth of Lingo sensors. Every single day since I put this sensor on the glucose reading is off by at least 20-30 mg/dl , always lower then my actual fingerstick reading! How can we as consumers really notice a trend or make corrections based on these unreliable sensors. Especially at this price. Its more accurate and cheaper to perform fingersticks and track on a seperate app. This Lingo sensor is crap, I have been on dexcom and Libre 3 before which are much more accurate but they rip you off on higher cost. Plus this meter only will give a low reading of 55 and a max reading off 200. What a waste of time and money! Dont buy.

Everyday this thing stops monitoring. There are hours where I have no glucose reading at all. It will also change the number. Glucose will go down to say 67 then go back up to say 72 but when I look back the drop to 67 is completely gone. Also when I check with my meter the glucose reading is very different and even after waiting an hour (because there is a 20 min to 1 hour delay with CGM's) the CGM never shows that reading. So I dont think this thing is very accurate. I also had an issue with an order were my CGM was undeliverable and sent back to Lingo. I spoke with someone 3 different times. After a month of trying to get my money back they tell me they cannot refund my order because per thier policy the can only refund the first order. Absolutely rediculous. This is while they have had it back in thier possession for a month. They finally sent it back to me after talking to one last person. I honestly just wanted my $95 back but they refused so I had no choice but to have them send it to me. I will never use this company again and I would advise anyone else to look elsewhere. This is made by Abbott and I think there are other brands they make so make sure its not made by Abbott.

totalt fup, de trækker penge hver uge og påstår at min mail adresse er ukendt, så jeg har ingen mulighed for at logge ind på appen og opsige abonnementet selv. de svarer heller ikke på henvendelser

I’ve used CGM‘s for a long time in this product has been consistently inaccurate. I placed it on myself today for the first time. It regularly reads significantly lower than my actual blood glucose. For example, my FBS was 117, while the CGM showed the values as low as 54, 65 and 80. This is not a small difference. It’s a clinically significant gap. This isn’t a one time issue. This has been happening all day, since I placed it on the back of my arm. On the other arm, I do have a Dexcom Stelo for comparison, and man-o-man; what a significant difference between the two. The level of an accuracy for the Lingo goes beyond normal variation. Because of this, I’ve had to rely on my Dexcom and fingersticks instead. I wanted to switch to Lingo because the price. But, like they say, you get what you pay for!!!! I CANNOT recommend this product based on my experience today, especially for anyone who needs dependable glucose readings.

Irritating music and too many silly fruit machine like interruptions. Probably ideal for a 10 year old kid
