zero customer service. predatory in sales practices to hook you in, then parasitic after contract. expect no response to any inquiries about....anything. impossible to contact with outrageous hold times. don't waste your precious time trying to navigate their merry-go-round of in name only customer service.

I used Lincare for over a year, but ended up with more supplies than I needed. I asked them to stop sending me any more equipment until I contacted them. Three months later they billed me for products that I never received. I called and complained and got the runaround to 4 different phone numbers. I finally got all 4 to say that my account was cancelled but they could not return the money they stole. Just this morning they charged me again. When I called they said that my account was closed. I asked why they charged me again. I've now been on hold for 45 minutes waiting for the latest person they transferred me to. Do NOT do business with this company! They will steal your money like they did mine and keep charging hundreds of dollars a month even after you cancel.

Is zero stars an option? They purposely withhold information from the consumer and aggressively market their supplies. Will not tell you the cost until weeks after you order. Repeatedly bill for things not sent. Do not send itemized bills unless you aggressively ask for them, and only after the fact. I am convinced they are committing major insurance and billing fraud disguised as billing and shipping “policies” and “mistakes.”

I had a very disappointing experience at Lincare in Porterville. I was trying to get an update on my father's medical supplies and had his doctor's office on the phone to help resolve the issue. When I asked the receptionist, to speak with the doctor's office, she refused and became extremely rude and unprofessional. What was most concerning was that she physically pushed my hand away while I was attempting to assist in the conversation. No patient family member should be treated this way, especially when trying to advocate for a loved one's medical needs. Compassion, professionalism, and respect should be standard in healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope management addresses these concerns and provides additional customer service training so that other families do not have a similar experience.

Lincare is managed by a bunch of money hungry maniacs, who only push their employees to call, call, call and call again to sell supplies with no concern for the customer at all. They need to taken off the MEDICARE system, as they are just high pressure sales company.

This company shows a complete lack of care and basic customer service. After leaving a review, I received a generic canned response that included a phone number. Minutes later, calling it went straight to a voicemail saying the office was closed. They’re experts at finger-pointing and dodging any responsibility. It got so bad that they handed us a card with the District Manager’s phone number handwritten on it — which, unsurprisingly, was disconnected. Zero accountability, zero follow-through, and zero respect for customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this company entirely. Save yourself the frustration and stress of dealing with their horrible service. This experience was bad enough that they deserve to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and any regulatory agencies that oversee them

I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours when I gave up. Tried the portal but could update my insurance information that I called in 2 1/2 weeks before and it still wasn’t updated. Chatted with 2 people and still got no where. In the end, would take 30-60 days to update my insurance information when I was told about 2 weeks and that’s why I contacted 2 1/2 weeks later. Then she said I pretty much have to guess when it will be updated and then try again to order supplies which will take 7-10 days for me to get them. So, if you need supplies and have to update insurance, you need to call 70 days in advance of the time you think you may need them. Then wait on the phone for hours, use the portal that doesn’t work, or chat with someone who ask for all of your information, transfers you to another chat, and then they still don’t help you. Lol Doesn’t anyone actually do any work at this place? It was so bad my family and I had to laugh. Why can’t you just go in a store and buy the cpap supplies you need do you can actually get them when you want? It really shouldn’t be this difficult. It should be like filling your prescription!

They completely SUCK. They are over billing constantly, and the Government knows, and does nothing. They have many unsettled lawsuits going back years. They bought every company they could across the Country, and can't handle the flow. If I could give them minus 100 I would.
