twice I have had to get this done so I was told , do not owe but a year later they send me the same dam bill . I paid it so do not send it to me again !!! Leave me alone and never bother me ever again you tight wad sorry low lifes!!

My factory closed it's doors and we we left with no insurance or a severance package. I continued to make payments, small but I was trying, and was told that I was going to be turned into a collection agency. At the same time they want me to order more supplies ( I found them cheaper on eBay ). If I am struggling paying my bills now, why would they try to sell me more supplies? This is a very money hungry, disrespectful company that does NOT answer questions and loves to put you on hold 30+ minutes at a time. They will tell you to call a number to discuss things with you but NOBODY answers. Look elsewhere for your medical needs. Read the complaints online. Don't become ANOTHER sad story. Update!!! After paying $160+ on my bill I received a notification of possible collection notice. I went down to my local office in person and found out the system is way behind. Still trying to bill the wrong insurance, changed 2 months back, no record of my payment ( I showed them the receipt). They could not give a updated balance. Told me to reach out to billing. I said I'm not waiting another 30+ minutes on hold. They then said they would email billing and contact me in the next day or two. I'm not holding my breath. I have a receipt so who is messing up? Not me. I just want a updated balance to get out from under this company and find one that is responsive and respectful.

So I got online and found Lincare in Winnemucca NV, which is the closes to Elko and talked to Heather who was very professional, polite, and helpful. Heather had a lady named Kerri call me and talk to me. Kerri said they couldn't accept me as a patient unless I go do another 6 minute walk test because I've never been a LinCare patient. She asked me how long I had been on oxygen, told her 24/7 since 2021. I am an old woman, confirmed COPD/Alpha-1 antitrypsin patient. Kerri was very aggressively authoritative, pushy and a control freak. She told me if I didn't do what she ordered me to do I could find another supplier. That is really hard for people living in Elko, NV as we don't have an oxygen supplier here for regular patients or VA patients. My medicare and insurance only covers the 6 minute walk cost once a year and I did the walk test May 6, 2026, 5 months ago. Kerri said they have to do the test within 30 days or they won't supply the life saving equipment.

LINCARE AFTER HOURS SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE, 1 hour wait on phone and then they were to busy to provide me a new concentrater, my old one was smoking in the middle of the night. LINCARE should not be authorized under MEDICARE. I will change oxygen, CPAP and portable oxygen (INOGEN 5) supplier.

Lincare is the worst company to deal with. Getting someone you can understand on the phone is difficult. Their billing is a joke. They send items you never ordered. Bill you 2 months after the fact. Then say your payment is delinquent. Do not deal with them. They are a rip off on charges and machinery.

They called me on the phone an made threats I'm not dealing with a company that does that I've already contacted my insurance company an I will tell everyone I know that goes to your company not to it's wrong how I was treated your company is the worst I've ever seen it's wrong how you treat people

Lincare is one of the worst experiences I have had with a medical supply company, first of all they are very rude, don't identify themselves and hangs up on you. I was talking to Monica and asked for a supervisor, she puts me on hold for how long and then hangs up. You tell them your name and D.O.B. and they still ask you if it's you they are talking too. If you tell them who you are they hang up and you have to call back and experience the same rude treatment all over again. Jody was really helpful and ordered the supplies that I am due at this time. Every time I order the head gear for my CPAP machine I never receive the strap to go with it and when you call to question them about it either you get the run around or plenty of excuses. So today will be the last order from Lincare, I will be changing my supply company ASAP, don't want to deal with incompetent ppl when it comes to my health. These ppl need to find some empathy and compassion for their clients and remember the reason ppl are in need of their services and not just getting paid to do a half ass job. They are always throwing up HIPPA as the reason for their terrible actions and unprofessional responses.

I can't get my supplies. Nobody ever answers the phone. I had to go online and talk to someone through messages just to place an order that I have tried placing for over year. Yes I have been without for this long
