Blatant money grab
Blatant money grab. It took them weeks to get my equipment sorted out, which required me to return equipment and delay my CPAP therapy, and then I have the unit for 3 weeks and they send me a complete set of the original wrong equipment supplies that they say get replaced every 30 days. Come to find out that they automatically set you up on some type of subscription program to replace filters, tubing, mask and cushions. So, I removed myself from the replacement program only to now receive 2-3 calls per week from their 888-544-2715 number to order supplies. But the real kicker is that you cannot get a price of the replacement parts until you order. I'm not joking, the sales rep specifically told me that they don't have access to pricing and I'd need to call back to billing to see what it will cost me after my insurance took care of their part. I asked "so you're telling me that the price of the equipment changes based on the insurance company?" and she said "oh no no no, I'm not saying that, we just don't know right now". Yeah, that's not what you said. I suggest you get your unit and supplies and then find a local company to deal with or order through your insurance/drug store.
