Impossible ro speak with a human. I stayed on hold,for a full hour, only to be disconnected. Another time it did not even allow me to hold, just directed me to chat or email. The quality has gone downhill, and tge sizing is inconsistent. The prints,are beautiful, but that's the only good,thing about this company

Buyer beware. Lilly Pulitzer charges premium prices but delivers customer service that falls far below what customers should expect from a luxury retail brand. My experience with their customer service was extremely disappointing. Instead of receiving assistance and support, I was met with frustration and a lack of concern for resolving my issue. When customers spend significant money on a brand, they deserve to be treated with respect and have confidence that the company will stand behind its products and customers. Unfortunately, that was not the case. What is most disappointing is that excellent customer service costs nothing. A simple willingness to listen, communicate, and resolve concerns can make all the difference. Lilly Pulitzer failed to meet those basic expectations. There are countless retailers offering quality merchandise along with exceptional customer service. Based on my experience, Lilly Pulitzer is not one of them. I will not be purchasing from this brand again and cannot recommend it to others. The products may be colorful and appealing, but the customer experience leaves much to be desired.

First they have changed to ai bots . Can’t speak to a person . Then they will charge you now upon ordering then can’t get I touch with anyone regarding your order . I have spent thousands of dollars with this company . No more . Product has gone down hill and customer service is terrible now . Sorry Lilly lovers !!!!

Bought a swimsuit wore it once paid $170 could not remove sunscreen from the straps! Basicly told me tough luck! Said I removed the tags! Very poor Customer service I spend alot of money on their web site!

I brought the Leena top handled purse last summer used it once. Today I pulled it out to use for Easter only for one of the handle hardware to fall off. I called the store and customer service with no help saying I purchased it past the return policy. This is a defective purse I only would like to replace it. This purse cost me 300 only to be used once. I need someone from the company to reach out to me. I will never purchase another item for this company if it’s not resolved.

Immediately after removing the tag I noticed the bottom hem of a dress had sloppy and loose stitching and many extra threads hanging from the seam. Customer service would not help because the tag was removed. I wrote a review in their website that told of the quality defect and they wouldn’t publish my review. It’s like they are trying to hide quality issues.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ive shopped plenty of times on the Lilly Pulitzer website & I’ve never had an issue before that was until the other day when I was at the Lilly Pulitzer store in Hingham MA at the Derby St Shops bc of an online order where 1/2 of the order was incorrect, however I brought the incorrect item in still sealed in the original packaging it came in w the tags attached. & the manager there a woman named “Kristen Souza” flat out refused to help me in any way shape or form. If anything she insinuated it was somehow my business & responsibility that the incorrect item was outdated, like she was somehow expecting an explanation from ME the customer! I have no idea why I was sent the wrong item let alone why the item I was sent was outdated, bc I don’t work for Lilly Pulitzer therefore it shouldn’t be expected that I know what happens in the shipping department for Lilly Pulitzer. Regardless of her ridiculously unhelpful attitude it’s already a huge disappointment when you order something online & what you receive isn’t even close to what you paid for. THEN as if that’s not enough, when you go to attempt to rectify the issue you’re flat out refused any type of resolution by management of this company! Bottom line I paid for something I did not receive!!! & I was basically forced to leave the item I received w this “Kristen” lady who simply stated “customer service is closed for the day so there’s nothing I can do about this right now”. & to avoid another drive & another 90 minutes she simply stated she’d get back to me the following day, well the following day has come & gone & I’ve not heard anything back from “Kristen” or anyone w the company for that matter. So not only did I pay for something I still don’t have I also don’t have the wrong item either, which is essentially another form of theft! But apparently companies are allowed to do this to their customers w/o anyone batting an eye bc “when the rich steal from the poor it’s called business but when the poor fight back it’s called violence”. Absolutely horrible experience & good for you Lilly Pulitzer bc you’ve now lost yourself a loyal customer!

I loved Lilly Pulitzer and have many beautiful pieces of clothing. I purchased a dress at the end of October for a December cruise. When I put the dress on New Years Eve, immediately after removing the tag, I noticed a hole in the fabric. I contacted customer service and was told that because the tag had been removed, it was a final sale. I am in shock that a brand like Lilly Pulitzer fails to stand by their product. Sadly, I have made my last purchase from a Lilly Pulitzer.
