Ah, Ligna, where customer service is like a unicorn - everyone talks about it, but no one's ever actually seen it! 🦄✨ If you're not Ray-Ray, the software wizard, well, strap on your detective hat because you're about to embark on a quest more elusive than finding Bigfoot. I tried everything short of sending a singing telegram just to get some assistance, but alas, my cries for help were met with the same response as shouting into the void. So, if you're not fluent in binary or don't have a hotline to Ray-Ray's Bat Cave, then brace yourself for a journey into the Bermuda Triangle of customer service. May the odds be ever in your favor, brave soul!

I think overall the product has potential. They make it easy to customize. But, when I determine it wasn't a right fit for us & asked for a refund, they granted it but has taken over nearly 3 months to refund. After numerous attempts to reach out I finally had to submit a billing dispute with my credit card company with proof (emails) from Ligna about the refund being approved but nothing was actioned.
