One of the two lights I had received was defective. The company never replaced it. I went through my credit card to take back my money. I also ordered a second light from a more reputable company.

Horrible customer service. Almost impossible to return an item. Very expensive to send my light back that was poor quality. Still waiting for my refund. So many other companies to buy from, don't spend your money here.

The best measure of a company's commitment to service is how they respond to a customer issue. Lights and Home worked diligently and promptly, more than once, to resolve manufacturer issues with chips in our glass light shades. In addition, the website was informative and easy to use. They offer high quality and a good value.

Ordered a mirror from them every other site the price was 257.00 they offered 20% off I paid 205.00 and free shipping The order was placed on December 17th and the mirror arrived to NY in 4 days incredible. The mirror came extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Prior to ordering I called customer service to see if it was in stock before ordering they assured me they had plenty in stock. So glad I ordered form them I couldnt be happier with the whole process. I highly recommend Lights And Home and would def do business with them again

A Great company and employees to deal with. This is a long overdue update to a review I wrote on January 30, 2018. On December 5, 2017, I purchased two Fredrick Ramond Lighting - FR45203CWW - Sherwood - Three Light Small Foyer. I wasn't completely happy with their quality when I wrote my review. Manager Madelyn S. read my review and immediately reached out to me via an email. When I phoned her, Madelyn offered to replace the lamps which she did. I ultimately received the new lamps within a couple weeks. Madelyn S. was professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I was so impressed with her and Lights & Home that I would hesitate to recommend this company. Lights & Home standby their products. I had planned to correct my review well before today but had misplaced my notes. Thank you Madelyn!
