AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I agree with all other comments. Poorly made, sizing incorrect and they try all avenues to not refund you after you have paid to return the item to China as per their instructions.

online shopping is becoming really hit-and-miss. Ragtrade goods fit only for landfill keep making their way stealth mode into buyers baskets. Light in the box shows goods on their website that are of much better quality than what the customer receives. I didn't even realise the goods were from China till I attempted to return them.Light in the box demand returns back to China even though a UK address appears on the website. The cost is astronomical and outways the quality of the goods. In hindsight the post and packaging for delivery was suspiciously costly. The website is impossible to use and clearly constructed to make returns overly difficult/impossible. I was offered half price discount to keep the items. No. I don't want to spend any money at all on this tat. The material is terrible and looks flammable. Why Photoshop goods or probably use photos of better quality goods from other websites? Its becoming increasingly difficult not to be scammed by companies like this. Im using online shopping less and less because of companies like this.

Ordered 2 Shirts both the same size - one fitted and one does not. They charge you to return the item! Which is about the same cost as the purchase price. SCAM! This is their fault - The best they can do is you keep it (Don't Fit LOL) and they will give you 10% of the value to by another product that may not fit. These Companies should be banned. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN _ NOR WILL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY - as I am forwarding this to all. My next letter is to Trading Standards!

Ordered a cream coat and absolutely nothing like the picture. It was terrible quality didnt bother sending it back just dumped it in the bin. Never again

Habe eine Bluse bestellt und mit Paypal bezahlt. Die Ware habe ich jedoch nie erhalten. Der letzte Lieferstatus lautete : geliefert 03.05.23, die Ware kam aber nicht an , das ist Betrug!!! Man kann die Firma weder per Email, telefonisch oder schriftlich erreichen. Jeder seriöse Onlineshop hat seine Kontaktdaten und eine Transportversicherung. Fazit : Unseriös , daher Hände weg !!!!

How can trustpilot possibly support Light in the box company .They are disgusting and stealing honest hard working peoples money ,send wrong sizes ,faulty goods and make it almost impossible to get a refund or even a perfect replacement.I tell everyone I speak to about this thieving company AVOID!AVOID ! JUST read the genuine reviews away from thier website .Will never be taking notice of trust pilot again .

All items received were not the actual measurement that was stated on the item page. If they don't like your review,they don't post it. My questions regarding sizing(11 inch difference) were ignored on the item page.

I ordered a $120 jacket for my grandson after taking and comparing the stated measurements. I waited 2 months for the jacket and it was way too small. I followed all instructions and returned it in June 2022. I just received the jacket returned from China, no reason given in May 2023 (to tell you the truth I had long forgotten about it) absolute rubbish customer service.
