Jeg har bestilt for 951 kr i går uden at tegn trold forsikring men har tegnet fragt forsikring. Hvornår kommer trold på talen,jeg mener efter et vist indkøbs beløb? Jeg er nervøse efter at læse anmeldelser med ekstra trold gebyr. Hvad er reglerne, vil bede om forklaringen.

Dishonest, scammers, unscrupulous what ever you want to call this so called company should be called DISHONEST IN A BOX. You order goods and never get them, ask for a refund and you won’t get that either. Simply horrible company. NO STARS

Good personnel for client attention with quick solution.

I”ve oredered two beautiful dresses for a wedding party, very nice models, with very good prices. But, I had some problems about receiving, they told me there is a delay. They realy do their best, specialy Brandon, from Customer Services, who realy made the difference, keeping me in touch with everithing, writting me about every change in may order status. But, after I have received my package, I was very pleased about my choiceing, I made the best buy, a very good balance betwen Price and Quality !! The dresses are beautiful, are elegant, with spectaculous colours - one in Green mint, and one in Royal blue - it looks exactly like in the pictures, it fits me perfectly, the tailoring is excelent, I was very satisfied about the dresses. In fact, I looked wonderful ! :) I will buy for shure, again, from Lightingthebox.

My husband ordered a hammock which is not well finished and does not have the metal inserts that were shown in the photograph. Did not realise that it was being shipped form China. Would not shop with them again.

I have ordered from these people before. Be aware that you will probably receive your order but, it will take about 27 days. That was the delay before Covid 19 and it is still the same problem. Some of these merchants wait for an order then they order the product from a another vendor at a discount and sell it to you. Their orders take twice as long because they have to wait to receive the item and then send it to you.

Received item fairly quick, but was very dissapointed with quality. Emailed light in the box and they resolved my problem offering full refund straight away. Also said because the the time it takes to return item I didnt need to return item. Very pleased with the way my query was handled.

Been dealing for over 2 months an a missing item. They always give excuses that it shipped, we refunded you...bla bla bla....TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH...DO NOT USE THEM, had to dispute with Paypal but still waiting
