I find it extremely inconvenient that you do not mail out statements and charge $10.00 to make a payment by phone.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer mailed statements upon request and you can change delivery status through your online banking account. As for the $10 phone payment, you can also sign up to make payments for no fee. Feel free to reach out to our member card team for additional assistance - 888-436-1847.

I have now financed 3 vehicles and an ATV through Northeast Credit Union. They have been very friendly and anytime I call with a question I usually get an answer, and if I don't they find the answer for me in a timely manner. Very professional staff. The one thing I guess I could critique would be the app/online banking, it seems a little over complicated and not very user friendly.

Great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Line for teller service moved quickly. Branch manager was also helping customers and greeted others.

I love NECU I always use them for my snowmobiles. The date question below is loaded so I chose today’s date but I have been using NECU for snowmobile loans for years. My friends and family have too!
