Was difficult to make my first payment also I have to pay a 5$ fee every time I make a payment is outrageous, will be switching loan companies.

Hi Austin - thank you for sharing your feedback. While there is a $5 convenience fee for online or automated phone payments using ePay, we encourage you to take a look at all the other ways you can make a payment to prevent a $5 fee at necu.org/make-a-payment. ~Janessa
