Understandably both of those institutions are significantly larger than NECU, but for the size, NECU should be able to keep up with the likes of Service CU, not stuck in the 2010 app world like Triangle CU. In summary, the initiation of a loan with NECU is great, but servicing that loan is subpar.

Received my paperwork in the mail but my account number was blocked out so I couldn’t set up my online account to pay my bill. When I was finally able to set up my account there are not any options for paying your bill online through the website. Very inconvenient where nowadays everything can be paid through an app or online
