Do not order from them EVER
This company will ship lights with no certification, no instructions, and if you live in North America, their lights will not accommodate a North American light bulb. ****DO NOT BUY from this shell of a company that is really based in India.

Hello, I’m sorry this was your experience with us, especially if it arrived without the information you expected and didn’t seem right for your installation. Just to clarify, our workshop is in India, but we're based in the US, we’ve recently started building more inventory here so we can improve delivery times and the overall experience for our customers. If we haven’t already sent them, we’re also happy to provide the certification documents we have for the electrical components used in the lamp. And the bulb issue is something we’d really like to look into too, because your lamp should have been set up for the correct voltage and bulb type. We’d really like to review it by email and make sure we understand exactly what happened. We don’t want to leave you feeling this way about your experience with us. Thank you again, Anita.

Our order is stuck pending freight…
Our order is stuck pending freight payment by the vendor. We emailed Lightcove on 7-27 and were told this would be paid and shipping would continue. As of 8-3 no change in status, no phone number to call

This company sources their lights from…
This company sources their lights from India and if they are not what they advertise, there is zero customer service. Try to call the number on their website - it gives a busy signal. My designer ordered 3 alabaster lights for $325 a piece. 2 out of the 3 look horrible - like someone used a blade to finish them. They're all cut up and discolored and look ridiculous if you shine a light through. There is no way to get a refund. You can also find the exact same lights from India on Etsy for half the price. Stay away from this company.
