I love the way your products look online but I have not received my order

I bought over 14 light fixtures from this company for a new build. The first three fixtures were en route to me and it took weeks for them to even ship them. (This happened over and over). Once they were shipped to the US, a big weather event, destroyed the packaging and potentially the product. Instead of notifying me of this issue, the light cove company wrote a letter of intent to have the packages destroyed. After 15 excruciating email exchanges over 3 months, they offered to replace the original products at 70% of the original cost to me. So they wanted me to pay for fixtures. I had already paid for and I never received. It then took weeks for any replacements to arrive… I also had to replace another fixture because their recommended wattage and bulb type, became a serious fire hazard and promptly destroyed the fixture on the third use (30 mins of use each time) and practically set my house on fire!!! The company is not taking any ownership nor offering to repair damages. Same run around. The product IS not worth the hassles!!! They don’t really have any type of return policy that guarantees the consumer anything and when they say they’ll make it right, they don’t mean on the behalf of the consumer. This company is terrible, I advise you spend your money elsewhere!

Absolutely Do Not Purchase From This Company This has been one of the most frustrating purchasing experiences I have had. We purchased these light fixtures from LightCove, had them professionally installed, and then discovered that the bulbs listed on LightCove’s own website for these fixtures do not work with them. The fixtures are now installed and completely unusable. What is even more concerning is that LightCove does not seem to know what bulbs actually work with the fixtures they sell. I have sent them photographs of the fixtures, the sockets, and the bulbs. Despite this, they have repeatedly recommended bulbs that are incompatible with the lights. This has gone on for months. We have brand-new fixtures installed in our home that we have never been able to use, and at this point we cannot even confirm that the fixtures themselves work. Customer service throughout the process has been terrible. After months of back-and-forth, LightCove finally agreed that the fixtures could be returned. However, they require the customer to pay to ship the fixtures back to India, and the international return shipping costs more than the fixtures are worth. In practical terms, their proposed “return” is essentially useless. A lighting company should know what bulb is required for a fixture it manufactures and sells. At an absolute minimum, the bulb specifications published on its website should be accurate. Neither has been true in our experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from LightCove. Do not make the same mistake we did. We are left with installed fixtures that cannot be used, months of wasted time trying to resolve something that should have been incredibly simple, and a return option that is economically unreasonable. Absolutely would not purchase from this company again.

I thought I would try Light Cove for an affordable option for a project I was working on. At first glance the sconces felt heavy and nice quality. When we went to install the bracket is not made to sit flush on the wall like it had shown in the photos. I reached out to customer service to return. I sent photos that clearly show the issues and also showed that they were in perfect condition/not installed. After 5 emails they came back saying there was no manufacturer defect and refused to accept the return. I am beyond frustrated since everything on the website states that they do accept returns as long as the item is not installed. So now I am left with $800 sconces, that I can’t resell because they can not be installed. Do not buy from this company. I’ve had better experiences through Etsy and you’ll be better protected.

This company will ship lights with no certification, no instructions, and if you live in North America, their lights will not accommodate a North American light bulb. ****DO NOT BUY from this shell of a company that is really based in India.

Our order is stuck pending freight payment by the vendor. We emailed Lightcove on 7-27 and were told this would be paid and shipping would continue. As of 8-3 no change in status, no phone number to call

This company sources their lights from India and if they are not what they advertise, there is zero customer service. Try to call the number on their website - it gives a busy signal. My designer ordered 3 alabaster lights for $325 a piece. 2 out of the 3 look horrible - like someone used a blade to finish them. They're all cut up and discolored and look ridiculous if you shine a light through. There is no way to get a refund. You can also find the exact same lights from India on Etsy for half the price. Stay away from this company.

We ordered 2 lights for $609. When they arrived, neither fixture had any UL, ETL, CSA, or cUL listing or certification markings. Our licensed electrician has advised that, without a recognized North American safety listing, he cannot verify that the fixtures comply with applicable US electrical codes and therefore cannot install them. When I emailed the company this information, they sent me some copies of random certifications they could've gotten anywhere. They said the UL certifications are deep in the lamp where you can't see them. That's b.s. When I said I'd like to return them, they told me it'd cost more than $609 to ship it back to whatever country they're from, even though on their website and in their emails they clearly list a WY address to mislead their customers into thinking it's U.S. based. I'm still fighting with them to return these before they set my house on fire. Be ware!!
