Lightburn were happy and quick in replying to a question not strictly related to a Lightburn issue. Whenever I have contacted them they are ready to help.

The support, if you could even call it that, was ridiculous. After downloading 2.0 my machine became for the most part, worthless. I lost consirable power immediately. Their response, is your lens clean. I would have been better off asking a random passersby. I have been without my laser for a month now. I have had to stop taking orders, essentially closing my business. I really wish someone else would create similar software and stand behind it even when it fails.
