Hello, I can't find your order here. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. At $40, the wallet is the correct order. If you're buying a handbag, you need to select the "Style handbag" option. If you have any questions or misunderstandings, please contact us so we can resolve them.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - ORDER WAS OVER A MONTH AGO. STILL NOT DELIVERED. NOTIFYING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
Response from LightandFaithJan 19, 2026
Hello, you placed your order during the holiday season, and we apologize that it didn't arrive in time for Christmas. As described on our website, because these are meticulously handcrafted products, it takes 3-5 days to produce and 15-20 days to ship depending on the region. And your package arrived on January 5th. This means it wasn't delayed; the package arrived on time. If you have any further questions, please contact our store.

colors are not very strong or vibrant
the picture is really beautiful, but the colors are not very strong or vibrant. Also, the surface of the glass is quite smooth, which doesn’t fully meet my expectations. That’s why I can only give three stars.
Response from LightandFaithDec 13, 2025
I did it that way so there would be light shining from behind it too. Have you ever tried putting a candle or a lamp behind it?
