I received the wrong size and I have not had time to do anything about it to return the product.

Wish I could give zero stars.
II have not received my order, which was an anniversary gift to my wife, which is now passed. Nor have I received ANY reply from "customer service" regarding my order. And now you ask 'how did we do'?! If I could give zero stars, I would, which would reflect what I've gotten from you. Please send what I've ordered or refund my money.

Order was mis-delivered
Order was mis-delivered, never received. I'm requesting a full refund. Order was delivered to a house on a different street, as shown in the delivery photos. I've contacted the delivery company, awaiting their response.

You placed two orders for the same design but in different sizes—spaced a few days apart—and subsequently requested a return, stating that you had only purchased the extra item to compare sizes and did not actually need the other one. Waste of money
The delivery was extremely long. The sizing is ridiculous. I we are a 2xl or 3xl. You're 5 xl was too small. I spent a lot of money for something I cannot wear. That's a very poor way to do business.

Horrible!
Horrible!! I bought a custom t shirt that was advertised for men for Father's Day and you sent me a child's medium t shirt. Very expensive for nothing I can even give my husband. Scam at Best

Upon receiving the item, however, you claimed we had sent a child-sized shirt by mistake; yet, your original order was specifically for a "KID T-shirt" (Size M/Grey) with a custom name—not an adult-sized shirt. We have already provided email responses with photos for your reference to clarify that this was not a shipping error on our part. We hope you understand the situation.
