Wish I could give zero stars.
II have not received my order, which was an anniversary gift to my wife, which is now passed. Nor have I received ANY reply from "customer service" regarding my order. And now you ask 'how did we do'?! If I could give zero stars, I would, which would reflect what I've gotten from you. Please send what I've ordered or refund my money.

Order was mis-delivered
Order was mis-delivered, never received. I'm requesting a full refund. Order was delivered to a house on a different street, as shown in the delivery photos. I've contacted the delivery company, awaiting their response.

You placed two orders for the same design but in different sizes—spaced a few days apart—and subsequently requested a return, stating that you had only purchased the extra item to compare sizes and did not actually need the other one.
