Received order very fast! Still testing product out to see how it works best for me. I just started using it but following instructions to only use it twice a week. I did sleep better than I have slept in a long time! I actually slept through 30 minutes of my alarm clock and I never do that! i took it in the evening though, next week I will do as others have mentioned and take in the morning.
