Works Well Phenibut HCL/Phenibut F.A.A.
This is a very nice product for anxiety relief. However I have found myself terribly addicted to this stuff. It has the recommendations on how to take this product so I suggest you follow them and NEVER take it more often. If you ever start to feel like you "need" or have to 'have" this product to feel better seek a doctor's advice ASAP! My doctor's don't even know how to go about taking me off this stuff. Without it I feel like a nervous wreck.. then when I go weeks without it I become very depressed and feel they're is nothing left in life. Please be very careful with this product and stick to the directions!

Hi Derek, Thanks for your kind review! Your advice to stick to the guidelines, especially when it comes to Phenibut, is very good and helpful to point out. Phenibut is among the more effective supplements, but also among those potent supplements that need to be treated with extra respect and caution due to that effectiveness. For customers who are not comfortable with their Phenibut intake, or find themselves not able to stick to the guidelines, the most common advice is to taper off gradually (reduce serving size by about 10% per week until below 250mg per day, then stop altogether). With discipline, a gradual taper of this type allows discontinuing Phenibut safely and without discomfort. Some doctors have recommended Baclofen, Pregabalin or alpha / beta blockers among other prescription medicines, to temporarily assist with Phenibut taper in extreme cases - however it is best to consult with a physician to get personalized advice. Among our other calming supplements, we strongly recommend Magnolia Bark Extract and Baicalin, as well as Oleamide, Picamilon, L-Theanine and 5-HTP, as healthful options that are safe to take daily and well worth considering as a replacement for Phenibut. Individually, or a few of them stacked, also are great if used to cycle with Phenibut, allowing one to easily stick to the 1-2 day per week max for Phenibut to maximize the unique benefits Phenibut can offer, and avoiding the risk of reduced potency caused by the body adapting to frequent Phenibut use, while still having effective calming support throughout the entire week. In addition, there are a number of other, all-natural supplements which we don't yet offer, but want to begin offering, and which are available already from other good sources. Kava, Tetrahydropalmatine, Mulungu, Ashwagandha, Gotu Kola, Jujube seed, Chamomile, Valerian, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Lavender essential oil can all be effective, some are quite notably so. Also, a few simple life practices, while taking an up front investment of effort, can pay off many fold over time - 30 minutes of intense aerobic exercise, and mindfulness meditation are two tools to overcome and work through stress.
